Founding / History

In 2003, we founded GRIDBYTE® as a strategic engineering innovations company with a focus on product design.  GRIDBYTE® is headquartered in Aliso Viejo, CA.  Over time, we have evolved our business model and planning to incorporate a service model that applies multi-dimensional thinking to create technology innovation in a wide range of business settings.

Following our initial growth curve, our business today involves close collaboration with all types of startup and small-to-medium businesses (owners and administrators) to create innovative and highly scalable technology products and services.

The core satisfaction component of our business model is working closely with our thinking experts.  We are not traditional consultants—we are innovation partners.  We engage with each client to specify and scope each project, define time-lines and create productive decision feedback loops.

GRIDBYTE® is a small business.  At its core, we utilize a small group of innovators (include the founding member) that drives a larger network of contributors.  These workforce dynamics allow us to scale rapidly and bring a large expertise base to the problems at hand. It also allows us to maintain the highest and consistent quality output for each client.
